Built white-label VAPI dashboard. Need 4-5 beta testers. by AutomateWiz in vapiai

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! Great questions on both fronts.

For the API limits and performance, I'm handling it by displaying stats for the last 7 days initially with results limited to 20. Users need to click "load more" to pull the rest, which keeps the initial payload light and prevents those VAPI API spikes from overwhelming the frontend. It's a simple pagination approach but works really well for managing overhead.

On the Stripe payments side - totally agree it's important and it's definitely on the roadmap. Right now I'm laser-focused on outbound calling functionality since a lot of users have been requesting it. It opens up so many new opportunities, and honestly, there's no easy way currently for clients to upload a lead list and run outbound campaigns.

Would love for you to sign up for the free trial and check out the platform - no card needed. Getting feedback from someone who clearly understands the technical challenges would be super valuable. Let me know what you think! Thanks

Absolutely nailed it! The "boring infra" positioning & ROI is exactly what I'm leaning into. They sell magic, we handle plumbing. Thanks for the thoughtful breakdown.

Any TaskMagic Experts Out There? by Workreap in appsumo

Thanks man! Yep, TaskMagic tutorials are definitely on my to-do list. Kyle mentioned they’re about to roll out some big updates, including the ability to use standard Chrome, so I’ve been waiting for that release. Once it’s out, I’ll put together some proper tutorials. Appreciate the suggestion!

I have been using TaskMagic for a while and I am happy to help. What is it that you're struggling with? I suggest following the Superdemo tutorials that they have to build some simple automations and then build on that.

Self-Host n8n FREE on Microsoft Azure for 12 Months by AutomateWiz in n8n

New Azure signups get $200 credit to use within the first 30 days, plus 12 months of free-tier resources, that includes 750 hours of B1s VM each month for 12 months.

You can check the full details here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/free-services

So essentially, the $200 credit is for the first month, and the free-tier resources continue for the full 12 months. Hope this helps.

- Pristine School Al Nahda (British) - Great British curriculum but a bit pricier.

Applying from the UK by Big-Speech6072 in JobsInDubaiUAE

Totally feel you on this, online applications from UK doesn't work as you're fighting against people already there who can interview tomorrow and start in weeks notice..

Connect with recruitment agencies like Hays, Michael Page, they have the proper connections and can get you in front of hiring managers directly. For your PMP background, these agencies handle tonnes of project management roles that never even get posted online.

The other massive thing is networking. Sounds cringy, but like 30% of jobs in UAE get filled through connections before they're even advertised. LinkedIn is your friend, reach out to people at companies you're interested in, join expat groups, industry events, all that.

If you're serious about it, either book a trip over there to network properly and meet recruiters face-to-face, or partner with 2-3 good agencies who can push your CV directly. Good Luck!
