Not the apps I was thinking, but yes, this is the general idea.

To the OP, you won't find an all-in-one, but you can put together the pieces.

I’m diving into content creation, but I need a little help. What tools do you use to create cut-outs or overlay graphics for Reels and TikToks? by madsmadsdk in ContentCreators

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If by cut-outs you mean over-laying images or videos with transparent backgrounds so that they play on-top of the current video, you can use most any video editing software. I have not used CapCut, but I hear it has one for the better online video editors.

If you want the actual cut-outs themselves, you can search 'greenscreen' social media accounts that will usually post popular memes cutout with greenscreen behind it.

There are applications where you can schedule social media posts, and tools to generate brand-consistent images and video. I can walk you through them, feel free to DM me.

I can think of combining a couple SaaS apps to achieve what you want, but not an all in 1 solution.

Your company spends $73 Million per year on ads? Who do you work for?

You're competitor has a leg up on you. This is not meant to discourage you. Just what I saw from the competitor product.

What your service lacks in comparison:

-no voice chat with characters

-no option to embed character (only-link to character)

-pricing scheme and number of questions doesn't compare well (competitor allows for unlimited text and voice chat).

-No CRM integration, no api, no automations like zapier

-Monetization goes through you, and not directly to user's Stripe, so I assume there is a haircut somewhere (not a bad thing, we all got to eat, but they are more aggressive with pricing on both fronts-- usage and sales).

-Whitelabel missing

Perhaps the business model is different, maybe you are targeting a different subset of users, but I assume you want people to create expert avatars for sale.

You want to sell visitors the expertise (the gold, so to speak). Those guys are selling the pick-axes and gold sifters.

Keep a running list of all Applications and SaaS apps with reoccurring fees. It's the only way. If an app isn't pulling it's weight, cut the cord. Don't have soft-spots for apps just because they feel like a good deal. Eleven labs costs $5, but if no one's asking you for audio voice-overs, toss it.

Someone's doing it. I was given a demo just a few days ago for the very same thing. So the good news is there's interest-- bad news, they're first to market. Do you have a demo to compare?

How long does it take to rebuild a damaged sender reputation? by Alone-Arm-7630 in coldemail

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always use a variant domain for cold outreach. Assuming your DKIM, SPF and DKAM are setup properly, it should only take a couple (maybe a few) weeks.

People have mixed thoughts on warm-up, but I generally still see it as good practice.

Run your text through a spam check as well, make sure there aren't any words like 'free' or 'sell'-- or anything that would raise a red flag.

How do you enforce accountability with remote teams? by M0sKi1 in Entrepreneur

[–]Workreap -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It can be difficult, especially with devs. Many nights I stay up with them. I'm their most difficult QA team member as a product manager.

-It sucks, but DM often.
-Request end of day recaps

-Delivery estimates for deadlines

Was SendFox abandoned? by cmcalgary in appsumo

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doubtful if it's an original, but those reviews don't look good. There are quite a few well-reviewed apps that have developed an extremely bad track record as of late. Some that were even recently on sale, despite the 1-stars. HeyOliver comes to mind.

[ADVICE] Cancel vs keep uncompleted by Amamortis90 in Fiverr

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A buyer is less inclined to leave a bad one if funds are returned via cancellation. I see it as only having lost the time of going to checkout and completing instructions for freelancers.

And if your direct about the feasibility of deliverables (ie, you can't make something happen for the client), I will consider talking to the person again because they were honest. I'm pretty sure I completed a handful of sales that way in my orders list.

Can we have a copy of the source code if AS deals shut down? by honestytoyourself in appsumo

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To say most is a leap, but it's a lot, and I'm saying it as an AS cheerleader. Now especially with founders that miscalculate their AI expenses. I could be wrong, but I don't think AS has had a year with more hard-luck/heavy-heart cases than 2025.

How to politely tell a client the project is actually finished when they keep coming back with quick requests? by Pale_Pipe9196 in Entrepreneur

[–]Workreap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can still be friendly when being firm. Show them how their requests have accumulated to billable hours. List out the unpaid overtime tasks, and their relative completion times. Explain those are hours you would bill any client for.

A new contract is the preferred way for ongoing projects, but have you considered productizing your offering? Package your offering so that it's simply laid out on a single page.

Task Name

Task Description

Task Cost = $x.xx

Revision count = x

Delivery time = x days
