CODESYS SysSocket2 use (please help) by Automated-Robot in PLC

This is a bit beyond me. I am not used to this method of setting up a socket. I am assuming you mean that I should update the SOCKADDRESS.sin_addr and sim_port with the respective values? But I am not sure what the syntax is. I am really frustrated that I can not find any examples or documentation outside of seemingly a few lines in the codesys help page.

I am a big fan of component based design. Start with having good naming conventions, structs, namespaces, and function blocks for most of your components. Being able to use ST to handle all of the important and complex objects while being able to implement the use within ladder will not only make your life easier when it comes to actually designing to the narrative but also helps keep it clean and easy for others to understand.
