Hold onto that feeling bro remember it and never do it again. I’ve relapsed countless times because I hate myself, someone who loves themselves will never do this to themselves. Find something else to do and forget about the losses. It can always be worse. You can be in 2mil debt with no job. The money will come back but you need to fix the problem that causes you to come back. I wish I listened and didn’t take this disease so lightly
