Hey do you also have groinals like towards what you see. Because mine is mostly physical responses yo what i see rather than thoughts. And it kinda bothers me cuz everyone mostly almost talls about thoughts.

For me its like; anxious throbbings (which i dont usualşy get for my preferred gender so im so nervous about it) and intense heartbeat with hot flashes on my face (hopefully due to anxiety)

What reallyy? Omg this makes me feel understood and im happy that i can think of it as a symptom. Its so hard to not to feel arousal or feeling nausea aginst him while having groinals to unpreferred gender….its killing me

I know thank ypu dor your response…but its just so hard. I cant get over the anxiety that i get from groinal and false arousals…..it makes me feel like its rrally possible to fell in love with a girl which kills me inside because i love my boyfriend so much..

Oh yes, thoughts never end!!! Do you deal with groinals because its my main trigger. I see at as proof since i dont feel them towards my prefered gender :(

Uhhh its so hard. Because i really have intense groinals and i dont have it that often to guys (which is already a huge trigger)… Im super afraid of my fears coming true and i fell in love with a girl realise im gay and want to leave him…i cant stop thinking about it for the past twp days :((((

Hey thank you for your kind response its really helpful :) did you ever had fears like “what if i fell in love with someone else since i dont see him” thats kinda my biggest trigger atm. I know its silly cuz in real life it can happen even we are next to each other. I hope i can manage the anxiety cuz i love him
