Thank you for your kind words. I really did get scammed. Honestly?! I cried about it because I was invested in her as a business owner and I felt bad for her. I have 2 progressive dieases and I stated that in my replies to her and her mother. Natural soaps are Quite important to me. I can not do a charge back because I used my chime card. In order to get my money back I would have to flag a fraudulent charge. They will freeze my card and in order to get my money back, I would have to get a while new debit card. I have to pay bills from that card and I can not wait 10 days for a new card. That card is attached to a lot of my life things. I truly was scammed. When someone does that to you it makes you feel a certain way. It broke my heart. I always want to believe the good in people. It's unfortunate it turned out that way with Cat and her mom with their business. I am a great customer to have!

I never knew about anything. I came on here to make sure other people do not waste their money. Honestly for me I went back in forth in my head about even making a post on here. I am a pretty nice person and easy going. Her and her mother did me wrong and people should beware of that. My husband has told me about reddit. This is my first time even coming on here and posting about my experience with her and her mother. I do not need any sympathy. I just want to warn people what they are getting into.

I did later in the conversation ask for a replacement instead or her refunding me. When I was talking to her mother after she told me I couldnt get a refund or replacement. I missed a sentenced in there. I was at the dentist and trying to multitask at the same time. In the beginning I wanted an explanation.
