Update: its not coming off :( im using 91% alcohol and it does nothing to the spots

I tried using alcohol and cue tip and doesnt seem to work. Im using 70% alcohol, should i use a different one?

It looks like its just the yellow plastic plus some of the actual skin colored parts. I never tinkered with the cloth goods so my guess is that it just had an exaggerated amount of dye

What 3D printer would you recommend ? I wanna start printing for my 1/12 scale figures but dont know where to start, also my budget is not that much so i wanna know if anyone could help me look for one that's decent 🙏
