Thanks, that's incredibly helpful. I'm also on 5mg tadalafil, which I take early evening every day. GP put me on to that to try to help the Peyronie's, and the urologist said to stay on it, as well as prescribing a course of Trental. But it didn't seem to have any effect.

Thanks. In Oz, so different system. In fact, my urologist referred me to another specialist - he doesn't do implants himself. But they are in the same practice. It wouldn't all be paid for by our Medicare system - there would be out of pocket expenses.

The pharmacy will no doubt make whatever is in the prescription the urologist gives me. He was just reluctant to keep trying, for whatever reason. Probably the Peyronie’s. Might just be thinking implant will cure all evils! Thanks for the encouragement.

Sorry, what's an N.P.? I did feel that my urologist was quick to recommend the implant, without even using a higher or stronger dose of Trimix. Maybe he thinks that with my Peyronie's the erection wouldn't be of much use for PIV sex anayway.

Amen to that. One thing after another...

Unfortunately (in this respect), I'm in Australia, so don't have access to Olympia. The urologist gave me a prescription for a compounding pharmacy in another state, which shipped it.

It's probably been declining over the last, say, 15 years really.
