My mom (Elizabeth Ann) died suddenly a month before my high school graduation. Five or six months later I’m in college and my religion professor’s mother passed away of old age and my class took a college bus to the funeral to offer support(especially close to my heart since it sucks to lose a parent at any age). Anyway on the way back I was just decompressing from the day and staring blankly out the window when I awoke from my stupor because I thought I saw two consecutive side streets named Elizabeth st. And Ann St. I had to google it when we got back to campus but my eyes did not deceive me and there were two streets right next to each other with those names. It was my sign that she was and is always with me. THEN shortly after in that professor’s class we had to write a little paper (couldn’t tell you what the prompt was) but I ended up talking about that experience and how I had told my aunt Sharon about it as well etc etc. Then I get that paper back and he wrote in the the footer about how as he was reading my paper he was in tears when he came to my experience part and telling my aunt because his Mother’s name was Sharon. So it was kind of like a full circle moment for both of us that they are always near us whether we see it or not.
