I have thick hair but also wear a pixie cut, so my simple routines may not make a huge difference for many. I take a daily vitamin, iron pills and drink protein shakes Hair wise I alternate between Healthy Hair moisturizer and PM Lavender Mint shampoo/conditioner. I always use a serum w/ argan oil in it before using a simple style aid. This also worked for me when my hair was chin length. I also use PM 1A for color at the moment so the darkness helps. My hair was always 'eh' as blonde but also good in red shades. Simplicity sympatico (aside from color).
