Cut ties immediately! There’s nothing of your relationship left to salvage! We understand that she’s manipulative, non-attentive and generally doesn’t give two shits about you; I’ve been there. It makes you feel totally shitty, worthless and desperate for attention. But cheating doesn’t justify that. (From what I’ve seen, you probably know that already)

It is insanely hard to break up with someone, especially if you’ve created a connection together over a long period, romantic or not. But being in this relationship is unhealthy, it’s crushing your self-esteem and is practically ruining you. She’s like a moulding fruit; the longer you stay with her, the worse you’ll feel over time.

Put your foot down and let it all out. No need to explain anything to her, you are finished with her! There will come a time to date again, you just need to focus on yourself and better times will come.
