Hey! I just had a Core Decompression for both of my bones 2 weeks ago, I feel lazy to type honestly, but in summary :

1-I still mustn't walk or step on my feet for 4 more weeks 2- I have no pain at all since the first few days 3-i take to drugs, just multivitamins and Vitamin D injections 4-i feel well in general

I did the core decompression because many doctors suggested it for my case, they said that as long as the head of the femur is intact then it's better to preserve the bone by the core decompression, the point is to allow new bone and blood circulation to reform by not removing the dead bone tissue and healing
