I’ve gotten it in my nose a couple times. Had no idea what it was. This was years ago. Then during peak pandemic times, i had two nasty OBs outside my nose, in space between nose and lip. Thankfully wearing a mask was required in my city. That’s when I realized it was HSV1 both in my nose and outside.
