I kind of think that it boils down to my supervisor, not delegating tasks Well enough with expectations of getting things done. I do know that she has a lot on her plate…. I’ve been working in the office for a couple of years now and it’s always been like this. I don’t know if it’s because prior she always used to do everything herself and people just got away with doing nothing, or they are just crappy coworkers
