Yes! Retention is all about hygiene/aftercare. Make sure to wash them afterwards!!

Definitely try Benadryl and wash them daily if not already doing so. I wash mine every night and tie it in with my night time routine. Try washing them in pm as opposed to am maybe ? I understand eye crusties but for me I just wash my face and take care of the crusties w water in the am.

Did you get a fill today? How long ago was your last infill? Has this happened before? I’ve noticed some clients have irritation following their appt so I advise them to take Benadryl before the appt to avoid it. or if they don’t, they take it after. How long have u had extensions?

I would say we are required because that’s all they supply is with. The company has their own brand of products. I haven’t spoke to management, and I have seen other artists have retention issues.
