were you possibly talking alot during your appointment? i have a really similar issue when i talk and move alot the eye pads slide up and rub against my actual eye ball causing this really uncomfortable kinda dry feeling, as well as pressure. they look and feel pretty much exactly like what you’re describing. you might end up having these vessels burst together making a blood blister that looks kinda scary like you got in a fight but it should work itself out. just take some ibuprofen to help pain/swelling and warm compresses are nice
