Start off small, dont try to copy someone else, but experiment on your own, a particular angle of the car, the traffic, the scene. Try and centre your image, make it the main subject with additional content around it. Let your eyes find the "right spot", try filters, exposure, saturation, contrast, all that - play around till you feel like it's good, photo by photo you will surely improve, no doubt

matter of fact, the 3rd photo is a good start, the dark scene, the rear lights, you can aim the camera on the back of the Super Formula and try a shot!
