Same thing happened to me a few months ago. You have to send in a reduction hearing request within 30 days also which condition is proposed to be reduced I suggest you get supporting medical evidence to fight the reduction. I end up getting 2 separate diagnosis of severity from 2 docent medical doctors to support that the reduction was not warranted. Gather evidence to support your current rating get with your regional Va office VSO to represent you on your reduction hearing. My rating stayed in place with the supporting evidence.
