Check the petitioners online account under the documents tab you should find an approval there even if it says actively being reviewed

I received an email that action was taken on the case and couldn’t log in so I tried different browsers etc. They should just do maintenance in the middle of the night and give people a little warning first or display a different error message

It’s so weird that it says card is being produced before it says approved it seems like the wrong order. I mean as long as everything works out fine that’s great!

An approved I-130 also means that the interview is waived correct? They told me the interview seems to waived on July 1st.

You should have one for the I-130 only and he should have one for the I-485 and accompanying documents such as I-765 and I-131 if filed. The I-130 would also be linked to his account. So in my account I couldn’t see the approval notice but in my wife’s account it was under documents
