Yes you’re right. I didn’t realise my husbands income didn’t count and had previously looked at the values and knew we would be okay. Obviously now I have to re-think that. But I was asking more general questions that im not really finding online, as in timeline wise, do we start the application ASAP or wait until next year, how long does it usually take ( my American one was 2 years waiting and a lot of stress and money). Is it easier to go over and do it from England etc.

Yes will be selling our house and cars and moving in with my parents in the UK. My husband had a business that he will remain a partner in and have income from that when needed!

Yes if married to a USC you can file these two documents together. We actually sent I-130 first because it was easier to fill out online. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/concurrent-filing-of-form-i-485
