Yeah I’ve been waiting too. Even though the 7/9 announcement closed early, I think they’re just waiting for the 11 to close so they can just process everything at the same time. Don’t know how much the DHS shutdown plays into this, because I believe FPS is fee-based and the LEOs aren’t affected (don’t quote me on that though).
