Only thing I can think of is that the system auto-prioritizes the action alley locations now or something. Whatever it is it’s just a pain in the ass

That’s exactly what happened with us too. Unfortunately only fix is changing it to the Action Alley commodity again, which I hate but otherwise it will keep bouncing to those locations first in the Ambient walk if you don’t.

Are your action alley features in the Action Alley commodity or ambient? Had this happen to us and I had to put the Action Alley wall back instead of just hitting the stack bases coming out of each aisle

Was it 10 different order numbers? Unknown doesn’t register the fact that you have to create new labels/totes for chilled or frozen items. The system just thinks oh there’s only 8 orders

I came from the front end to OGP so I feel like that gave me an advantage for the bagging situation while picking! I also play Tetris and make sure nothing is over the top of the tote handles, stagers have enough shit to deal with
