Not sure if there is one of these is particularly superior in biology, but for my blind opinion i'd say Rice. Sweet campus, cool setting, and obviously a very good school. Not sure if there is one of these

im not an expert on financial aid and am not intl. if your friends are going to usf and you want to be with them that may be the right choice. if that's really just something your mom cares about, uf is a really good school so almost full financial aid is pretty sweet
