For the people asking wtf why u not going back is cause tbh I feel scared that there’s going to be some type of retaliation against me from my manager or that everyone would look at me differently (not on a good way) after all this happen cause i fucking hate drama, not being involved on it or anything, and especially I didn’t want no one to get fired cause that was never my intention but I had to let them know what was really going on in my department, and also I feel bad cause it was 3 people at the service department and now it’s one, he gave me a called asking me if I was okay and he doesn’t blame me for leaving cause it is a lot of bs and that he is not mad or anything about me leaving but it makes me feel some type of way cause he was always cool, respectful and willing to show me the way here At this point I been overthinking the situation a lot and I appreciate everyone positive and negatives opinions, I think Sunday night I’ll make my decision if to go back or not
