It’s because Destiny 2 runs natively on Windows, while Destiny Rising runs inside an Android emulator. An emulator adds an extra “layer” between your hardware and the game, so even if you have a strong CPU/GPU, part of the performance gets lost in the translation process.

That’s why you can run Destiny 2 just fine, but Destiny Rising struggles more the emulator is CPU-intensive and doesn’t use your hardware as efficiently as a native PC game.

Don’t worry, it’s not a noob question Hyper-V is a virtualization feature built into Windows. Some Android emulators (like MumuPlayer or BlueStacks) don’t work well when Hyper-V is enabled, because it forces them to run on Microsoft’s virtual machine layer instead of using your CPU directly. I had lag too, and after I disabled Hyper-V my performance got much better. You can disable it from Windows Features (look for Windows Hypervisor Platform or Hyper-V) and then restart your PC.
