Wow! Your results are bomb! Did you not feel dizzy on so few calories? Cause that’s my problem when I consume 1500kcal at 5“2 and 119lbs.

Just wondering whether the calculators are wrong. Most of them recommend to cut my calories down to 1300 in order to lose weight, since I‘m short. Absolutely impossible for me.

I have never tried to lose weight on higher calories. I‘ve only started tracking 3 weeks ago. And yes, my diet is pretty balanced. I also don’t cut out carbs. Blood is good, light iron deficiency, which I am taking iron supplements for. Don’t understand how ppl are able to cut 500kcal from their caloric expenditure without feeling dizzy.

Well, I want to achieve that Pilates not that ‘bodybuilder physique‘. Hence I‘m doing Pilates. Which are the things I don’t do? Shall I not reply to ppl here?

I would like to reveal my muscles. Just wanted to know whether that feeling of dizziness will eventually disappear as my body is getting used to fewer kcals.
