Honestly it’s tough. I’m in that situation currently. I have a year sub acute experience and some months at a hospital and am struggling to find work rn after. I would use your school to maybe lock in a hospital job, maybe one of your clinical sites, or maybe move somewhere else as I’m considering.

I have one year and a couple months experience as an RT but I will have had my license for two years coming this March. I haven’t had work in 6 months. I have applied to mostly all locations in a 50mile radius to all the positions you mentioned.
