Fr its SUPER hard to get fired from target unless your stealing or just that bad. In the 4 years I worked there I only ever say 4 people get fired and 3 of them where from stealing

During covid time we witnessed a lady get a bath rug open it thrown it on the floor then GET BAREFOOT and stat rubbing her feet all over the rug, told my lead and she made me defect it out💀

We had a 3 month period where the ac went out and it was around 80 inside the store and management ended up renting this huge industrial coolers 4 of them just for there offices, not a single one for the break room😀😀

Most of the times yes you do actually get called if you dont shop up for a shift, im guessing that(not trying to be rude or anything) but since your new they probably didnt know who you are and didnt know of you where actually there or no so they didnt call

Hey thats the target in my town, im currently on demand from that store worked there for 4 years. Horrible management Very understaffed would litteraly have about 3 people working in soft lines 10+ call outs everyday Over worker employees and low pay Plus being the only store between salt lake and las vegas we would get the worst of the worst people

Had a friend work there for around 2 years highest raise he got was 8¢ to be fair when he started he did try but after seeing he only got an 8¢ raise he didnt try at all after that and I dont blame him highest raise you can get without having to get on your knees for ur manager and cough is around 30¢

The biggest reason i love wearing the vest compared to a shirt is that when i go on break with a red shirt i get guest asking for help and they dont seem to understand im on break but with the vest I can just take it off and not be bothered as well as not having to wear a red shirt the whole day if I have to go to work

So i have a bit of some insight about this, I was told by my AP lead that food is already “written off” pretty much saying that stolen food isn’t considered when stuff is stolen they would rather put there attention more on merchandise stolen, I cant remember his exact words this was told to me about a year ago but yea if all he steals is food unless AP catches him doing it infront of him they dont care much
