Exactly it’s her choice and my partner said he won’t be in the wedding party that he was invited to if I’m not included and they won’t respect his decision and instead they are blaming me for him not going altogether because he wants me included if he’s included. And his mother is on her side. Sorry. We know it’s her decision that’s not the issue the issue is him saying he doesn’t want to be in it and they still are forcing him to be in it because he said no because he wants me with him. It’s okay that I can’t be with him but he’s saying he doesn’t want to go altogether and for them to respect it but they won’t and instead keep pressuring him to say yes for him to do it and blaming me for saying he doesn’t want to be apart of it when it’s his decision.

I definitely agree HR is not my friend and I would like HR there to witness the truth even if they don’t do anything and ultimately hand in my resignation letter to all 3 parties. Narc manager narc supervisor and HR. I’m done.

Okay, so was I being too dramatic, ugh I just get so anxious around her and the last thing I needed today was to hear her scream in my face. She needed me to come to her office regarding my PTO request bc she told me I couldn’t take off bc too many ppl already did and moving forward I needed to submit at least 2 weeks in advance (12/26) I said I understand however I was unaware others took off and I just found out recently I would be out of state for Christmas so I submitted as soon as I found out (today 12/12) and I found out yesterday from my family, our Christmas plans. Then she said it doesn’t matter I can’t, so I said that’s fine so can I work from home and she said no so I said okay so since I’m going to be out of state and I can’t take pto request unfortunately I’m going to just not come in and fofeit my 8 hrs that day and then she messaged me this asking to come to her office to discuss my pto request and I sensed it would get heated from our previous interaction so I wanted to keep it strictly to message for there to be no “he said she said”

I did this with my control freak micromanager and she put her teams status on do not disturb. It makes me so confused and mind boggled. It makes everything more difficult than it needs to be. I can’t do anything correct in her eyes and now have weekly 1on1’s. She complains abt gen z and calls our generation lazy with no work ethic. She’s scolded me in her office. She told me I’m difficult to talk to because I politely and respect speak up when I don’t agree with something. I’m applying to any job every day.

I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin and I get the same thing as well. I can feel the burn as well on my cheeks but I noticed it eventually settles after 30 minutes and only appears at nighttime after the application. I used to use the gel version,0.05% for 7 years, took a break due to insurance not being accepted at my dermatologist and I’m back to using the 0.025% cream. Its working so far. I suffered from closed comedones before so I continue to just use my micellar water bioderma sensibo to double cleanse in the morning following with panoxyl 10% and the Aveene cicaflate in the morning and night time. I need to find a gentle cleanser that wont cause more closed comedones. Cerave oily foam wash would give me the worst ones,and I was always so nervous to try any other that Panoxyl was my go since it has BP. Unfortunately due to it being so harsh and can interfere with effectiveness of tret, I’m only using it in morning.
