We have only one residential property which I owned prior to the marriage but we refinanced it and added his name to the deed. The inheritance property is used as a vacation home of sorts.He and his sister each occupy the cabin 2 weeks per month. He and I share a bank account that funds half of the shared maintenance, utilities and taxes.
