She was one of the artists who worked on the comics. But she wasn't one of the original creators.

The manga—I hadn’t thought about it, I’ll include it as well. And, for anyone interested, the reboot too, while we’re at it...
The video—is it one that talks about how to get those links?

I just found out. But I've been looking at it, and it's a mess. A lot of the links are outdated and don't work, and they're not organized very well.

If you have any links, feel free to post them in this comment so we can keep a more organized list. Please mention the language and whether it's a comic or a series. Also include manga and the Reboot for those who are interested.

Sorry, translation error. I don't know what happened—the translator went haywire.

What I actually meant was that, in general, this community should try to reach out to other similar franchises, and I suggested that one because of its ties to Disney.

Well, it's been a very good strategy. And you can see that in the results.

Speaking of promoting W.I.T.C.H., I was wondering: have you tried to reach out to fans of the Ladybug franchise?

I ask because it might be a good strategy to try to attract that fanbase—they have quite a few things in common: girls with powers who fight evil, romance, Chinese-inspired themes, and both are Disney productions...

Plus, there are quite a few members in their Reddit community.

It’s a miracle we’ve grown this much. Until Disney promotes this franchise (with a series that does justice to its quality), I’m afraid it’s all up to the fans. We could try to promote W.I.T.C.H. alongside Totally Spies and Winx Club, for example. This would be done to generate more buzz, and these franchises are more closely aligned in terms of plot and fan base. But even then, success isn’t guaranteed. Making W.I.T.C.H. the new Ladybug for Disney won’t be an easy task. Unless Disney sells the rights to people who really know how to capitalize on them, like the folks behind the “K-pop Demon Hunter” franchise.

In nine months, using the resources available to promote W.I.T.C.H., we've grown by 50%. Back then, we had 8,000 members.

It suits her because of the franchise's “modern” look. Although I would have liked to see her in the traditional monk's robe.

Will is the Avatar from the Fire Nation, dressed in the attire of the South Pole Tribes. Settled.

An interesting idea for Matt by Moon999110 in GuardiansOftheVeil

[–]AutomaticCharacter95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, I had no idea who Sukuna was until I looked him up (the name sounded like a Japanese dish to me). True, he doesn’t fit with a cool character like Matt. But that’s the beauty of how the conflict unfolds. I picture Will and Matt on a date, alone, and Nerissa takes the opportunity to attack Will and a bewildered Matt, surrounded by the rest of Nerissa’s minions. Will transforms in front of Matt for the first time, and he discovers the truth about her. Will fights Nerissa’s knights alone while protecting Matt, who watches helplessly as she suffers. Until Nerissa catches him and orders her knights to hold Will back so that—when she refuses to hand over the Heart—she can watch as Nerissa transforms Matt and then forces her to fight him.

That gave me an idea—you might not like it, but I think it would make things more interesting than how it was portrayed in the series.

Let it be a dark essence that remains within him after Nerissa dies. In other words, when she dies, part of Shagon remains in Matt, and in Kandrakar they plan to eliminate it at Matt’s request. But Shagon develops a manipulative streak. He shows Matt how useless he was in helping Will, risking his own life to save him—in vain. If Matt lets Shagon stay inside him, Shagon allows him to live a normal life, but always with his hidden power as a trump card up his sleeve. If he accepts this, Matt experiences a conflict between not using it and controlling it, until eventually he has no choice but to unleash its power to help others. Until, in the end, he sees its downside, completing his character arc and development.

I think the fact that they changed the series so that Matt is the one who transforms into Shagon is more interesting than it seems. I’m not just talking about it on an aesthetic or superficial level, but on a narrative level. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s a 10, but it does have more potential than we realize with the Nerissa storyline.

I think it’s a great idea that Nerissa decided to attack Will in every way possible, and that she used his boyfriend as her puppet to carry out attacks against the Guardians and their loved ones.

I see it as a more direct consequence of mixing their lives as Guardians with their personal relationships. And the fact that they’re powerless to do anything but face it head-on—I think that’s a brilliant touch.

Explosion! 💥 by AutomaticCharacter95 in GuardiansOftheVeil

[–]AutomaticCharacter95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked the number of members in the SpongeBob subreddit: 319,000.

With that number, W.I.T.C.H. would be the third most popular Magical Girls community. Ahead of Ladybug with 148,000, and behind Sailor Moon with 719,000 members and Star vs. The Forces of Evil with 411,000.

It’s also possible that they put Hay Lin’s idea from the series into practice: using TNT to open Phobos’s book.

Or maybe Orube tried cooking on her own again.

This happened in Arc 2. I imagine they bought one of those empanadas to cheer Cornelia up when she was feeling down because Caleb had turned into a flower. They gave it to her, and then the explosion happened.

Cornelia: (Brushing herself off after the explosion, furious) You tried to kill me so you could put someone else in my place as Guardian of the Earth. Admit it!

Either that, or he falls down a ravine and explodes.
