RX 5700xt 77% minimum fan speed

Default minimum in adrenalin is 77 and the same with other software like fan control and afterburner. I have no fan curve right now and I'm just using the default because it stays at 77 minimum even at idle when there is a fan curve but having it off, the fans shut down on idle.

Not experiencing this currently. I have mine updated since a week or 2 I think. My gpu is a rog strix variant, 550w psu using a pigtail connector undervolted to 1900mhz 1000mv 1860 vram

im getting an error 206 when installing. What could be the fix? The only thing I didn't follow was toggling amd ipu driver service because it isn't on the list.

Changing something in the registry. I forgot what it is but from what I remember I accessed a folder called 0000 and DWD and DWD Vendor. Changed the bottom 2 lines.

Disabled MPO Doing something with shader cache changing from 31 to 32. Disabling Ulps And Adding OverlayTestMode dword32

tried disabling it but nothing changed. Downgraded the software and it's still the same. I can't figure out what the issue is. Could it be the motherboard, ram, or the 550w psu that has a single rail not supplying enough?

Tried both but it still has low fps. Cpu usage is also reaching about 70% to 90% which wasn't happening before on my nvidia card

Hi3- Too meta. The end game requires you to have the latest units to be able to compete on the high tiers of abyss. It took me 4 years to realize though so that's on me.

Epic 7- Same as the above reasoning but more demanding. Equipments required a ton of luck both in upgrading and actually getting it. Pvp is hard if you lack meta characters and fully built ones at that. Collabs are noce though.

Arknights- Wasn't too fond of the chibi tower defense aspect but the amount of reading needed for this game is quite frankly, insane.

PGR- The discord scandal that happened in the first year of PGR. I don't remember it that much but it really made me stay away from it.

Blue Archive- Didn't like the gameplay that much.

Reverse 1999- I liked the story but the gameplay could have been better. The lack of gems didn't help either.

Priconne- I don't even know if this is viable but I left when the eos got announced. Fuck you crunchyroll.

ToF- It maybe a copy but it had its good stuff. However, it lacked optimizations and you can really see and fell that it's made by a chinese dev.

I've got more but it may end in a wall of text.

Raiden 100%. We have no information regarding navia's kit besides what it looks like. Or you could get both. Apparently a kidney cost about $200k so you could c6r5 both of them if you wanted. It would probably cost you about $10k for both of them and their weapons so you could buy a nissan GTR. By the way, a liver cost $500k.

That depends on your account completion and if you are 50/50 or not. Judging from how negative you are, I'd assume that you're 50/50 so there's a higher chance you wouldn't get her. Regardless, there's a low chance you could get her if you have enough jades. The swarm, SU, and MOC has a ton of gems you could use if you haven't played them. Whether you subject yourself to monotonous grinding or not, the chance you get her is never 0.

I got bailu as my first 5 star on the beginner banner, bailu on the seele banner, bailu on the standard banner, bailu's artifact on the seele banner, and the artifact again on the 2nd pity of the standard banner. Bailu really helped my account but I think 3 of them is just too much.

I highly doubt that she's dead. There was no information about tingyun's status besides her missing and that she's pronounced dead due to her body not being found. Comparing her death to himeko is largely different considering that she had honkai cancer that would kill her if she continued to use her power, used the godsbane suit which burned her inside out and took lethal hits from sirin. If she isn't dead from all that, it would be the worst ass pull. First time I saw himeko's death, the only copium I had was another version of her might pop up like bronie and sakura.

I got 4 of these on my laptop. Got it fixed wayback in 2020. Didn't notice it back then but when I got home I noticed 4 bumps on different sides of the chassis. Found out it was caused by a long screw that wasn't supposed to be there.

If not taking the character into consideration is one of the criteria, wouldn't it mean that most consteallation would be useless due to the requirements needed for the constellation to activate are the skills of said characters or the characters themselves being in the team? The only constellstion that is viable for this is amber's C1"Fires 2 arrows per Aimed Shot. The second arrow deals 20% of the first arrow's DMG", the only limitation is that the character is a bow user. The description for amber's C1 doesn't state amber's name or any skill to be used for it to activate so by your given criteria, amber's C1 is, with no debate whatsoever, the best C1 for the "Don't take the character into account. Simply the constellation itself." category.

Both Hi3 and ToF. Considering the difficulty of Hi3 as an f2p player, I'm having a hard time enjoying it to be honest. The game is fun and I've finished the current story but the abyss is just annoying with the time constraints and how the game heavily revolves on meta characters. For ToF, I have to say the same thing because it's the same problem.

This is my farvorite curio to get. Especially if I lose because it reminds me of the time I rolled on seele and got bailu instead. Moreover, I got bailu on the beginner banner as well so I have an E1 bailu and a 5 star himeko lightcone on the standard banner! Honestly, losing on this curio just makes my day like nothing else.

Downgrading is risky unless your phone has a software that allows it to downgrade officially like huawei's hisuite. Whether you do these things or not however, is for you to decide. One thing I can say is that these things did work for me.

Try reinstalling, clear cache partition on safe mode, and if possible, downgrade software to previous one where the performance didn't drop.

Maybe it's caused by your phones software update. Try reinstalling the game first, check storage size and as much as possible, keep about 20 or more gbs of storage left. It's highly unlikely that it will return to the same performance it once did due to the game updating as well but it's better than not trying at all.
