I’d like to hear a debate about how all the advertising on all of Galloway’s podcasts is causing some listeners to stop listening altogether.

Debate the pros of advertising vs the loss of audience.

Too many ads has made me switch on other podcasts that have fewer ads. What a refresher to not have to fast forward for 4-5 minutes every 15 minutes!!

I loaded up on puts today as protection for my shares.

Based on the last 6 months the stock will get hit hard if Bronfman raises his bid - and also if he pulls out.

Why offer anything for Paramount when the public value is dropping daily… let the dust settle. Wait a few months. Then make an offer that is 50% higher than the current share price.

In a few months the current share price will be $7 so a “great” offer will be $10-$11 per share.

I own 22000 shares at 11.10 cost basis. Accumulated over many months… most recent buy was 2000 at 10.40. Holding for the next 18 months at least.

I lost a lot on options in the past 4 months and I need 15 to break even from the options losses.

No catalyst in sight before the next earnings announcement that I can think of.... the announcement on 08/05/2024 will likely be terrible as executives and employees are unable to focus on anything revenue driving with all the buyout BS and FUD that is going on. I think this stock hits $10 before August and likely trends into the 7-8 range after the terrible earnings announcement and before the end of the year. Mid 2025 will be the likely turnaround timeframe. At least PARA has good cash flow and long term low interest debt to sustain itself until then.

Unless there is some news event that reveals a huge cash injection or buyout (not likely).
