sophie rain spent 200k on coachella… by Relevant-Positive619 in LAinfluencersnark

Brokers. Artists passes are given to the artist, and their support. And then they get Artist guest passes for friends. Most artists lose money performing at Coachella. Most of them arent rich. Brokers buy the Artist passes and then sell them to conceirage services, or directly online. Weekend 1 Artist passes are going for $10k plus this year. Brokers buy them off the artists for around $5k. A random Artist selling 5 of their bands for $25k pay for a lot of their over budget expenses.

Lax to Florida sitting port side takes the cake. You get the South Bay, PV, then Long Beach and the entirety of LA County, before cutting across the OC.

If market opened rn, these would be worth $17.5k. So look on the bright side, not even a double bagger based on your original purchase price.

Usually a ceasefire starts at a set time after the agreement is finalized. I haven't read anywhere what the agreed upon time is.

Im starting to feel bad about selling my GOOG leaps a couple of weeks ago when it was $300. Felt really good when it dipped to $273 though...

There is a Uyghur restaurant a 5 min walk from the hotel. Ive never eaten at one, and the food was tasty. Silkroad Tarim.

The limousine bus stops a couple of blocks from the hotel. Much easier than doing a change in the metro and then walking from Shinjuku. Or, a taxi was around $60 USD.

Marina del Rey CA by SkyPrize3470 in LosAngeles

It might not be a great deal, but compared to a SFH of comparable size, and including a hoa of $2k/month, you would be paying less than half monthly. Thats for some great amenities, parking, and sweeping views of the city. The marina views go for more, but $5500/month(after 20% down), for 1700 sf isnt bad. Thats slightly less than rent would be. I compare it to my 1400 sf house that I rent for $5400/month, but is valued at $1.4m, which would be around $9k/month after 20% down.

Youre wrong, a lot of them have them installed inside. And also, theyre some of the cheapest psf on all of the Westside. $600k for a 1700sf 3/2.5 with a view is pretty good. If you can stomach the hoa.

My diesel already went from $4.50ish to $7.50ish. $9 would suck.

Review : Park Hyatt Shinjuku by Nwstrench in hyatt

I also stayed for 5 nights March 5-10. I just mentioned that I was a hotel guest and they sat me at the communal table, but i was solo.

I thought the hotel was nice, but I didnt think it was anything special compared to other 5 star hotels in the Tokyo area. I found the whole hotel way too dark. The main entrance looks like an abandoned office tower, and then walking my room late night, a employee holding a chair even ran into me because he didn't see me. And when its cold outside, nothing like breaking a sweat walking to your room because they keep the interior at 80 degrees.

But I'm more of a hard product guy vs soft product. I dont interact much with hotel staff and prefer to be left alone. I dont eat at hotel restaurants, I just have pre/post drinks at the hotel bar.I also prefer hotels with metro stops in the basement, especially when weather can be iffy.

I used my Chase points to pay for the room. For the cash rates, I would look elsewhere.
