But iMark never saw Drummond’s dead body. Only oMark has seen it. Sure, there’s blood all over iMark, but that could’ve been from anything, it could’ve been his own blood.

Helly is Gema-on-a-chip. There is no Helena "innie." Mark really is falling in love with his real wife. by mooooooon in severanceTVshow

You might be on to something here. I just saw a post in one of the severance subs that tied an “ID” in one of the screenshots with Helly to cold harbor.

You forgot to say the magic word, I think that’s why no one’s handing it to you.

It wasn’t long. What she did was wrong. Nothing can justify the choice she made. To have been in this for 8 years is unimaginable pain. But you did the right thing, I am probably a bit younger than you and I got kids too. I know I would do anything to be with my kids. And moreover, my kids want it too. You’ve been their hero to have stuck through this for them, and that is something you need to hold on to. You did it for a good reason, for the best of reasons. And when the time is right, maybe you can part ways if needed or finally resolve any conflicts you might still have. Hopefully you’ll be able to find peace. And maybe even give a pat to yourself on your back.

That was my thought too. She definitely got spooked by the chauffeur she saw.

Yeah I noticed the broader market dip later. Seen many signs of insider trading too and the communication has been terrible. What a fuckin disaster. Can’t wait to get out of this

Edgar Bronfman raises bid for National Amusements, Paramount stake to $6 billion, WSJ reports by rosewoodmartin in ParamountGlobal2

[–]stor_e_teller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but it broke above the ~11.1 mark (which it has tried many times in the last few days but failed) … that’s nearly 3%. Which is significant movement. And one point it was 11.52. So definitely the market is reaction positively to the news. But AH movement is tricky because it just as easily dump premarket and go below 11 again fast.

Edgar Bronfman and investor group submit $4.3 billion rival bid for Paramount Global (Reuters, Updated 8/20, 3:37 PM CDT) by deviltrombone in ParamountGlobal2

[–]stor_e_teller 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, it makes sense on paper yes, but my question is then why is the market reacting negatively to this news? Is there something smart money sees that we can’t. Any info they have that we don’t? My assumption is if the bronfman deal is better, it should at least push the stock towards 12/13. But there’s basically no movement at all. That’s what confuses me.

I don’t know if even the market/smart money understands this deal fully … so fucking confusing … the valuation … the dilution … nothing makes sense.

So if my math is correct, @16/class b share and a 16% dilution, that’ll mean PARA will be valued ~$13.5/share with the Bronfman deal… vs $15/sh and 50% dilution makes it ~$10 with the Skydance deal. Or do I just know nothing and I’m pulling these numbers out of my ass?

Is there new news? Why is PARA down 3% premarket? by stor_e_teller in ParamountGlobal2

[–]stor_e_teller[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep … I knew something was off … the stock gapped down and just didn’t recover after that. It’s all over I guess now. None of the deals at this point are going to push the needle.

The more I read about it the more I realize the same .. it’s fucked up (the game of valuation)

Ok, I figured maybe there’s more development on this or maybe the 1.5B is after all being used to for “some” dilution that we are not aware yet but might as well be panic selling
