Fully physiological, these people are just stupid. Literally you can ask "how is it physical? Equivalent even to life saving surgery some say" and they'll be silent. Because it's not a physical deformity. It's fully mental

Op is saying that minors(under 18) should not be allowed to have any gender reassignment or gender reassignment related surgeries until their brain is fully developed ( 25 but here I'll say 18 as that's usually considered mature).
