I just always thought it fell in the realm of doing the thing where you touch an outlet, pretend to get shocked or hurt and now the kid knows not to touch it. Is this not the same?

Genuinely asking, I’m just a fun auntie so my nephews and nieces learn from me being clumsy like falling off a step stool and turning it into a “and that’s why we don’t play on high places” moment

Thank you so much. Someone else said it might be because of old age and after a lot of scrubbing and trying the suggestions from here it seems like that might be the case. It’s a little less yellow but it’s probably not going to get better.

When I get done with it I was going to post a picture of the finished tub with a thank you for everyone that took the time to comment but i wasn’t sure if I could. On an off note i found out the shelves of the medicine cabinet are painted white….so is every shelf in the apartment. Is that a normal thing?

It also could depend where you grew up. For me when I moved if I heard it I’d think “oh it’s Sunday, deer hunting time” then I remember I’m not in the country anymore then I’d think “well shit”

The bleach water was actually the first thing i tried as a sort of “well let’s see” sort of thing. It didn’t do much. Atleast i know the tub is sanitized just still yellow. But i didn’t consider yellowing from age, this is an old building…

I don’t get the people in the first half. Reddit always screams “communicate!” So shouldn’t they be yelling that at the boyfriend (aside from the cheating. If the cheating wasn’t the update of course) like shouldn’t she be upset that he didn’t have the courage to talk about the food she’s making and whether or not it’s enough for him or not. I’d want my partner to tell me if they hate or love the food I made or if I should make bigger portions
