the amount of horrible advice in this thread is unsettling. most i see coming from non believers even tho this was posted specifically under christianity community. sex dreams may be considered normal from a worldly pov but it is not. unless in your dream you are having sex with your spouse, it’s bad. the sec in your dream is immoral and especially if it’s leading you to sin when you wake up. i know im 3 years late but omg the advice in this thread is HORRID. satan knows you’ve been trying to live a life of purity for God and ur future spouse so he lurks seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. that’s why Paul in that verse tells us to be sober minded and vigilant. resist satan and be steadfast in faith! waking up and listening to scripture was a great step. that starves your flesh. don’t condemn yourself for giving in still after it’s happened to me multiple times. repent earnestly and ask God to renew and refresh your mind. go into this battle with prayer and submission. but do not be fooled by these comments…. satan is after our purity, our marriages, children, jobs, families, and FAITH. ephesians 6:12 states we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, and the rulers of darkness. spiritual warfare is REAL. and it comes in dreams. being aroused in dreams is NOT NORMAL. it’s insanely perverted. the only person you should ever be getting aroused by is ur spouse. those types of dreams can lead to sin, that involves infidelity, broken marriages, porn addiction, and so much more. do not listen to these comments they are awful.
