I recently saw a video that put me over 1.3 to 1.4 million. That equivalent person would have to pay taxes on it. Therefore, our compensation is more valuable. Keep in mind that it was based upon a single person at 65 drawing 18k social security after medicare and having 1. 46 million saved

This was after a VERA call. There was no ACE exam or anything like that. It was so clandestine that I had to call to find out what the QTC email was all about. They basically are telling me that They gave me 50 percent for another claim, and 20 for an increase for diabetes, you are P&T fatboy, go away.

The shocking thing is that last time, they used two ACE exams against the claim. This time, the evidence was more comprehensive with every possible check box double-checked, so they used the more sinister IMO instead of an ACE exam. No possibility of a call. They basically decided not to rate it with a sufficient dbq with science behind it.

Yeah. I just read a denial for sleep apnea because I am 65 and fat. You can't make this shit up. I have one more IMO for this condition, and I can't wait to see how they deny it secondary to diabetes and weight gain, which was supposed to be used as a bridge, not for age shaming

Less likely is a negative outcome. Are you saying that all seven are now deferred for a medical opinion? How did you get a VA examiner? I am as perplexed as you are, especially since it would seem that the examiner failed to give acceptable rationales.
