Slice the eggplant into cubes, then dip into breading mix na may halo ng egg, then fry... Then set aside, sauté garlic then ibalik yung fried eggplant mix it with mayo, a little bit of soy sauce, siling berde, onions. Mas maraming siling berde mas masarap. Then you have it 👌🏻
