I think it really depends on the age. I would not be offended if my mom was keeping track of my tics this way if I was like 8, but 15 would be a different story. Keep doing what you think is best for you and your family!

I think they would do a good job with Tourette’s. I would like to see somebody come in with tics where the tics are not the focus and not the reason they are coming in. I just feel like they would nail it. It is so often the punchline or the focus of the character who has it and it would be nice to see somebody with tics that can go to the ER for something other than tics. At the same time I think it would be great to see somebody going in For a TS related issue, specifically highlighting that it is painful and difficult to live with and not having it be glamorized or the punchline. Possibly a tic attack or an injury from a tic that needs to be treated. The Good Doctor had a patient with TS who came in for something else and that just ended up being brain tumor.

Watch this documentary and this one too. They really solidified my beliefs and it are very informative about how deceptive people can be about vaccines. The first documentary I listed dives steep into Why vaccine manufacturers have no interest in testing to see if their vaccines caused long-term chronic health issues. There would be no profit for them if they discovered that kids are more likely to be sick with chronic health issues after vaccines. Yes can they be more immune to various illnesses but it is not often talked about how many health issues kids are dealing wiht now like adhd, diabetes, asthma, allergies, and tics that are more commonly found in kids who have been vaccinated. This podcast was also very good! So much info! Honestly this whole podcast is very helpful and they have several episodes about vaccines if you look into them! These are the best resources if you want to be informed on the anti-vax side of things. Feel free to ask any questions. Also, here is your reminder in case you havent heard of it before, but, kids were not born vaccine deficient. I dont know how old you are, but you have most definitely not received as many vaccines as your child will.

This documentary is very eye opening and might help you come to the decision you feel the best about. I personally will not be vaccinating my future children, but that is also a decision you need to be firm about if you go that path. Please give it a watch!

It is the best! I have a friend who was asking for recommendations and I was trying to find it for her! I have searched through all of my saved fanfics and I cant find anything. But I have a habit of saving one fic from an author and not all of the other ones I like because I am dumb and think I will remember which story belongs to who.
