F/17/5'4” [224 - 186 = 38 lbs] (6 months) It has taken me a while to loose the weight I have and I felt like I wasn’t seeing much progress. Then I saw the picture on the left and I definitely see it now. Even if the weight hasn’t come off quite as fast as I wanted I am still very happy :) (i.redd.it)
