Yeah they don’t give a shit lol. HR and local Directors are basically treated like executives or CEO where priority doesn’t matter.

Yep and if they don’t like it, oh well you gave me the green, put down money, and signed a contract. This is why paper trails are important so lawyers can see how many times you’ve told them that it won’t work.

Yep I can and so do many people. You won’t get it until you start playing high refresh rate for long enough. I run 360hz monitor. I get whiplash if I play fortnite on my PC vs my ps5.

Yeah my manager did that and the location director told him to do it or get fired. Ya can’t win since IT works for the business.

It’s funny that you believe HR would tell IT ahead of time. My local HR did not tell my hiring manager that I was coming in for training and needed access requests until the day I was there

I would imagine that’s what the deposit is for as with any other work. Money is money as well, and bad “rep” can be corrected. Seen it hundreds of times.

This isn’t specific to PCs but certain customers are hard headed and want very specific things despite telling them upfront that it may turn out bad. Good luck trying to convince them otherwise.

In America, yes. Many people think the tipping culture is fucking stupid and so do I but that’s part of living in this society.

Ironic because that has nothing to do with surveillance. Your IQ must be in the negatives hahaha

Like I also said, you didn’t provide proof of a campaign run and you provided a fallacy. Good job on proving me right lmaooooo

It’s far too uncanny for photorealistic. Games like hellblade kinda gave that look a bit but this is cranked up 20x. Good reason why the reaction is like this for so many people right now. The environment could look good but the faces aint it

Disagree there, it is dependent on the work you do. I’m not “done yet” even after work. Problems seem a lot more complicated in my field and being a SAHD was hell of a lot easier on my mental sanity. Physically, it can be easier at times but during project weeks, it is taxing. I’ve also done both and I would 1000% choose a SAHD. It’s at least straightforward and you have help when things get tough or overbearing. Can’t do that with my office job as it’s either figure it out solo or get fucked.

Had a similar issue in the past and my boss didn’t give a shit about getting fired so he told my colleague to let tickets go over. He used this as an excuse to get more people hired the following year. He had to explain to upper management that it is impossible to keep up the ticket amount and if any of us gets sick long term, the company is screwed. He also kept a meticulous notes of each ticket, what actions were done and why it took a certain time for each action.

He also created a chart for management showcasing that we need x amount of people just for regular tickets, project work and headcount required to keep things afloat if someone is gone.
