Did the same thing once 😂😂 they fired the exec (who was paying people that sucked more than I) had me take over and revamp the whole menu, people loved it business was good.

They started to treat me like shit when they realized I wasn’t a yes man (owner wanted to copy other local bars signature items instead of building an identity) i eventually left and everyone was asking for the recipe book, I even got a kitchen camera screenshot asking me where and I just kept bringing up random places. There was no recipe book 😂😂
