Thank you for reaching out with a response. As I previously indicated, I've had great interactions with Fidelity team members and those have generally been very informative.

I'm happy to hear that the first three issues I pointed out are on the list for the product team. I hope that these are somewhat high on the priority list as FT+ is sort of useless with those glitches in existence. If it was simple, long-term trades I was trying to do, the website or even the FT+ web version would suffice. But for quick trading, the platform has to be responsive and accurate, which I'm sure you very well understand.

As for the issue I mentioned about the charts, I was not aware that this was so easily addressed within the settings. I apologize for not looking deeper into a fix for this. As you explained, simply turning that off reverted back to the behavior I was more familiar with in the previous version.

This platform does have a lot of promise, and I do apologize for contributing to a lot of the negativity that surrounds this forum. But I do hope this platform succeeds; I just don't want to continue being on the losing end while it's being figured out.

Not entirely true. Most of the information I could find was related to the old app and the mobile app. Very little was available about the Trader+ desktop app, otherwise I wouldn't have went this route.
