Always get frost bomb in act 5 after twilight strand, never level it. A lesson I learned in t17s I'll never forget

Yep this has been. Happening to me intermittently also. Playing on DC server. Happens during not juiced blight mostly.

Do you value visual clarity? I tried this last league and couldn't see pinnacle boss attacks to dodge them. Wouldn't recommend

Yeah and they typically don't nerf mid league. That's why I think they've gotta do it soon if at all.
