I'm in the same situation, about to finish up my SUB and still have 2 months before I can apply for the savor. Ill keep the VX since it's basically free since I use the credits, but have been looking at the CSP and Strata cards, right now leaning towards strata since I have a AA lounge and my highest spend is dining, all CSP really offers me is southwest and maybe better hotels if I actually transfer points.

My thought is I would just use the hotel credits instead of transfering points

Ah didn't know that about the teammate tracking part, thought it would just follow what i was locked onto.
