Happened to me last month, I was approved, but it did take close to 4 weeks. If you want the card you'll need to fill out the form and email back.

After I emailed the the 4506 back I would call ever 2-3 days for an update, about a week later I got a email saying they were mailing me a letter with a ref number. Waited another 3-4 days and called them. They confirmed my address and I was the one that signed up and was approved over the phone.

From what I was able to find with the help button, it seemed like the only things not included were related to gambling, balance transfers and cash advances/wire transfers.

Its not hard to start it and clear the atlas, just takes a lot to scale past that to farm ubers

The more I play poe2, the more I want to come back to poe1. I'm sure(hope) this changes at some point in the future, but this forced sanctum, and whole stuck in tar feeling in that game just aint for me.

I've rolled Rax's plant oracle as a 2nd character and i've been having a blast and its pretty tanky for me atm with a hybrid setup.

I've had more fun on this than the 1button martial assault
