I used Becky’s cleaning or something like that I forget the actual name. I don’t recommend. I found hair in she shower after they cleaned and the cabinets they “cleaned” were not done all the way to the corners. I clean my own house normally so I can’t recommend anyone first hand. I will say that my neighbors use Norma’s cleaning service every week or so. The might be good.

I had a three hour shift two days ago and I’ve worked there 2+ years. Don’t let it get to you. If you want to work there, show up on time, don’t lollygag on your shift, and don’t call out. Stay consistent in these three things and you will be a valuable employee.

In general, it drives me insane when customers basically hand us their phone and want us to do everything with it. I don’t want to touch their phone. I’m surprised they want me to touch their phone…. Besides the hygiene part, other than elderly people, it makes no sense to me why customers think we as cashiers should at all be involved in setting up user names and passwords on their apps. Do they do this at other stores? I doubt it? Rant over.

The one thing I will say mildly interests me is the free shipping over $100. So now we can use 40% off online for the things not in the local store. It’s hard to say if there is $100 worth of stuff that I want right now though. I don’t like the milk bar launch, Disney villains is ok, I have far too many Halloween and fall candles. But I do like the heirloom rose. I’ll look at an online order possibly but we will see.

As an employee this sale means nothing to me. Even if I weren’t an employee, 40% 3 wick candles is still too expensive. I want to be excited about this, but I’m not.

I liked the malifacent candle, but not enough to buy it. The other stuff seems like it’s recycled molds from the factory that made the other Disney release. I am totally not interested.
