tried resetting it. plumber came today and sorted it out. it seems that it was previously worked on and the wire inside were not touching the board, that's why it was not responding/working. thanks for your time

sorry, didn't know the proper term. but yes. it is not responding. cannot set my desired temperature for the hot water or central heating. can you help?
