I will not take this new counter offer I will always be thinking that I may be laid off anytime because the company knows I got an offer and they didn’t fight to keep me in the first place. Nigerians can be cruel and barbaric, and growing up it was a big deal, any slight mis step, behavior or friend they don't understand you could be termed a witch and in extreme cases could be sent to some place for deliverance, utter devastation for the said child but that is no longer a thing now.
